I. You must read and adhere to the Older and Deadlier (OaD) Code of Conduct.
II. ALL MEMBERS ARE GENERALLY AGE 25 OR OLDER. HOWEVER, EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
III. Cheating, hacking, game or system tampering will get your OaD account BANNED.
IV. Discrimination of any type will NOT be tolerated at all! Members will not discriminate against other members regardless of their rank, age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, and socioeconomic status. This includes inside of lobbies, chat forums, or any game of any type. Please represent OaD to the fullest, in a positive manner, and show respect to everyone including non-members. Do not fall victim to another user egging you on. Simply, mute the player or leave the game and/or lobby. Report the player to a higher up if they are a OaD member. What you do and how you act are both reflections on how OaD is perceived.
V. OaD is a diverse gaming community represented by members worldwide. As such, all members should respect one another regardless of their rank, age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, and socioeconomic status. To facilitate respect, the use of profanity, strong language, bad language, cursing, or swearing – in any language - should be strongly discouraged during practices and tournaments. Remember, your actions reflect all of OaD and not just yourself, especially in public lobbies. What may not be offensive to you may be offensive to another member.
VI. Harassment of any type, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, will NOT be tolerated. Harassment includes unwanted verbal and non-verbal communication manifested as events, gestures, or acts regarding a member’s rank, age, race, creed, color, sex, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, marital status, and socioeconomic status. Members found in violation of this section may be permanently dismissed from OaD. Furthermore, a member(s) who willfully file false accusations, or retaliate(s) against, another member(s) will be guilty of harassment.
VII. Members who provoke, instigate, urge, or incite other members to some action or course which leads to a violation of the Code of Conduct, or causes any other inappropriate behavior, will be treated as if they had committed the act themselves. This includes members who repeatedly cause unnecessary "drama” or take actions which provoke, instigate, urge, or incite other members to some action or course which causes "drama.”
VIII. All members are accountable for themselves and their actions. Leaders within OaD are NOT responsible for members who break rules. Violating members will be judged by the higher ranks up through OaD Management.
IX. OaD expects its members to behave appropriately in public and private party chats, public and private game lobbies, private and public game messages, and on the website. All OaD Admins, Mods, and Site Owners reserve the right to edit any public messages on our website forums and any other community page or site that we provide, for any reason and without notice. Remember, OaD is a mature gaming community and all members will be treated with respect.
X. We ask for loyalty from all members in OaD. We know that you may also be a part of another clan or community on XBL but we we work hard to build and maintain this community and we consider ourselves a family and should have each other's back. However, if it is discovered that you are recruiting OaD members for other communities that you are involved in, your OaD account may be subject to being banned.
XI. Never leave another OaD member behind. We are all OaD. We will win or lose together. This includes practices, tournaments, Game Battles, etc.
XII. When playing online, on a stream, or in a video, please consider showing your OaD clan tag or speaking of OaD. It will help get the word out about our amazing group.
XIII. While we understand that all members have life obligations and priorities, we would ask that all members be active on our website, as well as any OAD gaming event that interests you. When members are found to be inactive for well over 90 consecutive days, the members will be automatically notified, via Private Message, of the pending membership removal. If a member is removed and would like to rejoin our community, they may do so without penalty, as long as they were removed in good standing. The OAD Site Admins reserve the right to make the final decision on any member removal and member application approval.
XIV. ALL members are accountable to the Code of Conduct. Lastly
